How do I make my reservation for a Paris airport transfer?

Book by phone, via our online quote form, or by email. You will receive an email confirmation and an electronic invoice if paying online.

Could I count on you for an immediate transfer?

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. The later the reservation, the less vehicle availability there is.

Yes, to allow us to send you the vehicle adapted to your needs.

How does my transfer work?

The driver will contact you upon your arrival and, if necessary, can wait for you with a sign in your name (surcharge applicable).

Pricing and Payment

Can the driver apply a surcharge?

The price is fixed in advance. Supplements may apply for a large number of bags not indicated when booking, or if you make the driver wait without a valid reason.

How can I pay for my transfer reservation?

Payment by check, cash from the driver or online by credit card.

Advance Booking and Cancellation

How far in advance should I book?

It is recommended to reserve at least 48 hours in advance.

What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

Cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation 48 hours before: no fees. Cancellation less than 48 hours before: 50% fee. Same day cancellation: 100% fee.
